Tell your coworker that his house slippers are not appropriate for his trousers. shog[1].gif

Ron Rider has a couple Italian mfgs that make his boots. This pair has the thinner Serestre sole in commando style and could easily be worn dressed up as well as dressed down -- in inclement weather - I mean, if I was to do such a thing - which I wouldn't of course - I mean who would wear lugged composition soles on anything but dry, sunny days?
I've had some MTO's as well as off the racks. Some of his boots are quite stunning. http://riderboot.com/ and http://francos.com/items/index.asp?venID=518028&catID=0069 among others.

In line with JH's precedent of sneaking his watch into the shot...I just got my old Weil dress watch back from a service after finding it a couple of weeks ago.  Not as fancy as JH's of course; I'm not a watch nut.  But a neat little thing.

Anyway, the rest:

Shoes: another elderly (10-15 years) pair from Loake, burgundy derby that shines up nicely with an increasing natural patina these days.  I'm sure they only cost me about £50 in a clearance back then.  The colour doesn't really come across, sorry.  Grey laces from Bexley.

Socks: Mazarin fil d'Ecosse over the calf, in "Christmas tree green".

Trousers: cheap M&S

Blazer and shirt both bespoke.
