SRSLY - fun socks with jeans and beat up old boat shoes seem like a perfectly congruent and appropriate way to have some fun (or at least to get some wear out of some socks you once loved but no longer love quite as much).

LIfe is too short to take every minute of every day seriously.

Does anyone have any wisdom on this front? I only wear OTC to keep the socks up, but my trousers do tend to ride up a bit and it's annoying. I assume getting one's trousers fully lined would help, but that seems impractical (and very hot for the summer months).

^ I agree with PB there, I don't think I can ever wear OTC socks, I hate them. My calf high ones rarely if ever fall down. I have amazing calf muscles though.
