Frankly I've not been terribly impressed with the mid calf Pantherellas that I've been wearing. Yes they were reasonably priced, and I like the patterns, etc. etc. But they don't stay up well and that drives me bonkers.

Yep, mine are pissing me off too. Bresciani are the best socks I have ever tried. Try a pair if you hate slippage.

Enjoy your trip!

There are lots of lonely shoes in NYC in need of a father. Be careful.

This is also who you referred me to for Marcoliani!

AND I see he offers the linen numbers Spoo has recently fallen in love with!

What's the RYS crew's opinion of this Mr. Porter sale kop. I'm not terribly fond of the bulbous toe. Blue suede shoes are hard to come by especially 50% off

Stiches gave his vote for keep in recent purchases.

Bulbous toe is good for jeans at the moment. I like the natural soles.

They look welted and of durable quality. Maker?

I'd wear them lots for casual fits.

Enjoy!

Sanders x Oliver Spencer. What I really want is the Trickers PTBs in blue suede or the Alden x Leffot LWBs. Oh first world problems, you tormentor of souls.
