Well....... The medical emergency wound up taking a turn for the worse at around 5:00am and end with me telling the ambulance crew that I didn't think I needed to go to the hospital for "observation." I have had a chronic medical condition for over sixteen years (since I was in my 30's) and it's far too off-the-wall to attempt to describe it here. Suffice to say that things got a little dramatic, but I'm OK...albeit still a little weak. I'm gonna go deal with the many PM's in my Inbox, and then I'm going to start listing more of the ties. I've just added some supplemental photos to help visualize the remaining ties (including the Talbotts on page one). in some cases I was attempting to color-correct in camera, which forced the white shirt to become some other color!! I want to offer a very big thanks to all of you in this thread and to those who have sent PM's, wishing me well. And of course more thanks to those who have been purchasing ties...and inquiring about the upcoming Canali's. I'm still pretty ragged-out from the very rough night/early morning (more-so than I thought), and I don't want to presume that I'm going to have the wherewithal to photograph, edit, link, list, and post the Canali's today. I will try for later on...but it may not be until tomorrow. I will try to provide you with an accurate advanced warning. Thanks so much for your patience! As it turns out I don't have any choice in the matter. I need to list the Canali's now. I may be able to get a couple of these as duplicates...and I'd like to have an idea if that'll be necessary. So with that in mind... The Canali pics are taken, and the "tight" shots have already been edited and uploaded to my photohost. Canali ties... Just a coincidence, but there are lots of yellows. All are beauties. Width is 3 5/8"...give or take. BTW- Whichever of these doesn't sell right away, I'll post some supplemental pics...Same as I did for the previous ties. #15). SOLD! Canali- My Price: $59 Shipped (ConUS), Yellow stripe. Wonderful, heavily textured, tone-on-tone paisley background #17). Canali- My Price: $59 Shipped (ConUS) Golden w like colored floral pattern that is positively irridescent. Lots of texture. #18). SOLD! Pending Payment Canali- My Price: $59 Shipped (ConUS) Same as #16, but in Tan. Decorative paisley style background is highly tectured. This is soooo much better in person!!! The background is really spectacular. Exceptionionally high lustre!! (Although my photo skills don't suck, truth be told I actually don't know what the hell I'm doing. Just a whole lot of trial error! I so wish that I knew how to show you the lustrious finish!!). #19). Canali- My Price: $59 Shipped (ConUS) It's a bit more olive. And darker overall. The tie "shimmers" and the heavily textured paisley-like pattern is done in browns w/lighter olive highlights. What a tie! Photo doesn't begin to do the tie justice. #20). SOLD! (I nailed that call!) Canali- My Price: $59 Shipped (ConUS) I suspect that this will prove to be a favorite. We'll see. Great colors! dark grey w/blue & silver accents stripes. Sort of a sunburst & gold w/slight lavender accent on edges of each stripe. Heavy Texture...especially in the floral stripes That's it! Hope you enjoyed the show! Almost forgot...another Duchamp. I had a heck of a time trying to get the colors right. Impossible! I moved the colors as best I could without going crazy (you can tell by the substantial shift in the background color). The purple "chips" are really a deep plum color. #22). Duchamp- My Price: $69 Shipped (ConUS) Most of the "chips" need to shift more purple/violet/lavender (although there is definitely still blue in the tie).. Most noticeable are the chips that appear vivid blue...they are actually a deep plum color. Even though the above photo isn't accurate either the tie is closer to that than the photo below. Just too many different purples and blues to try and chase with color correction...One shifts and then the other is screwed up. I finally had to give up. The tie beat me but good!

After last night my wife and I decided that we deserved to go out for a bite (I think she may have gotten the worst of it the whole episode... As she dialed 911 she was in a complete state of panic. It probably took her longer to "recover" than it did me ). Anyway, we just got back in... I knew you were looking for blue ties. You have been talking about them for the past couple of days. It's not like I didn't try to give you advance notice about those fantastic blue FIGs. You did get my PM...yes? No interest in either of the blue Duchamp's? I'm more than a little surprised that there are still 7-folds available...3 of them!! That might be a first. It's been a long day. I'm gonna head to bed soon. See you guys tomorrow. Oh BTW- Did I mention that I'll have some more of these ties tomorrow?..............
