the SLR does look great in person. The proportions are extreme, the lines are crisp and tightly pulled, the long hood and wheelbase are insane, the wheels and tires are insane, and it sounds good... I also see them fairly frequently and I saw a dark gunmetal colored one most recently. Of the three cars that the SLR was included in the same class as, at the same time, however, the Enzo, the C-GT, and the SLR, the SLR wasn't of the same cailber. That, or Paris Hilton's vagina really might affect the used sports car market, because SLRs go for less than half what they cost new and will continue to get cheaper, C-GTs cost more, and Enzos cost double or triple.
