Backlash [The Line]. Pretty nice stuff, all hardware is Silver 925. Also comes with a sick hanger. Pricing for the jackets is around ¥350,000 - 400,000.

Still can't believe bows got that backlash plaid leather shirt thing for insane cheap from a thrift store

Hahaha, in Backlash's defense, that's a lot of silver on that jacket ... they still make the more reasonably priced ones.

Abraxis, I always wonder how that ended up there.

I thought The Line has been there for a while now. I have seen the collection for quite some time. These are the jackets that use Guidi leather.

NYC thrift stores are clearly magical places if somewhat less magical than Tokyo ones smile.gif I always favored the vengeful ex-girlfriend theory.

Couldn't have ended up in better hands though and a better story for the piece than a "kopped at 80% off!!!"one smile.gif

You're right, I found some references to it from 2011 and maybe it goes back longer. My mistake. frown.gif Will edit.

When I found out about The Line some time last year, the collection had silver hardware. But from when it began, I wouldn't know. I know the regular line uses riri zippers. From my one experience with the regular line, the leather is thick and really nice. The sizing of their jackets run very small though. I fit in a size 2 with Julius which I would say is a medium. I got a double rider in a size 3, which is designated as a large in Backlash's sizing, just to be safe. I couldn't even get my arms all the way through the sleeves properly. Even when I did, the zippers won't even meet to zip up the jacket. It was more of a small rather than large.

Here are some photos of the current collection and past collections:
