Speaking of Margiela... I got this biker jacket from 2008 for a steal (400 euros). It can litteraly be used as a moto jacket (thick and smooth leather, padded lining).

Have they done that shape recently?  I think I prefer it to the sleeker ones, which feel like they'll be out-of-date in a year or two.

They have a square toe, which is very 90's... Not sure they would sell actually !

One of those prosumer high collar shearling a is definitely on my bucket list

Got this jacket delivered today. Fit is perfect, cut is great, and the zippers are a nice matte gunmetal grey, not too shiny like they appear in the photo. Sadly the leather has a rubberized coating which I'm not a huge fan of.. doesn't have that nice leather feel to the touch. I'm guessing they did this to get the contrast edging.. the edges are un-coated so they look blueish-grey, as you see in the pic below. It definitely has a cool distinct look to it, but for the price I was hoping to get some quality leather out of it too.

Think I'll probably send it back, then fight with customs to get my duty back..
