Eastman A2 in horsehide.  It's the Roughwear contract version with the collar stand.

I really like how you can choose to wear leather jackets nearly year round here if you want. If I lived in LA I fear I would have to largely forgo wearing jackets and thus become bored fashion wise. I suppose one could wear lightweight (non-leather) jackets, but I honestly never felt they look as cool as more substantial jackets.

For oiled leather jackets sizing do you look for a jacket that is snug or one that is a little loose?

Living in SoCal practically my whole like definitely got me used to warmer climates so a little drop temperature can be very cold for me. And since some of Rick Owens leather can be very thin, I can usually wear some with a tee in cool spring mornings and chilly summer nights, doesn't happen often but those days does come when it hits high 60s.

Hi guys,

I know the zipper topic has been beaten to death, but from what I gather riri tend to be the higher end zippers where as YKK makes the full range from low to high end. I need to replace zippers on an old CP company jacket. The zippers are similar to the chrome ones you see on some of the RO jackets and they are YKK (don't know 100% RO uses YKK, but I am guessing not riri). I don't know how to identify them to buy the replacements so I was thinking perhaps I should just go with riri if my local repair shop can find them?

ro does not use ykk though i think some items are using them this season.

My horse 5-Zip. I'm an athletic 50, it's a 52. To everyone who says they fit tight; not that tight. Was half a nightmare to get the waist taken in, but now everything's groovy.
