That's probably a size 44 or so, considering the typical market for these coats. A 38, if it's cut like the military cuts them, will fit very slim and trim. The military doesn't make poofy clothes.

Does anyone know how that superdry fits? Or the quality of the leather... I like the design, but I can't really tell from the pics how nice the leather is or how it fits.

superdry is a slimmer fit, but yeah not really the best quality.
