I bought this a while ago for about $200. It's an old Belstaff from when they were still an English company. Ended up selling it cause it made me look too much like an actual biker, but some guys can pull that kind of look off (despite not actually being bikers themselves).

Something like this but in brown, I would love to have.

Temple of jawnz its a former SF jacket made to measure maker that I wouldn't recommend buying new buying new but if you can get like new 2nd hand then it's a deal.

Because you don't feel the quality warrants the price or because of all the current bullshit?

Definitely the latter plus wait time, honestly is probably have more TOJ if they stayed active like before. I caught the tail end in 2012 and got my jacket in 4 months and that was a bit late. No biggie to me at that point but now to make people wait a year or more and not communicate with them... Fuck that, I don't care about any justifications that's wrong. Refund people and tell them you shit down or tell them it will be a year plus wait and cut price after you over promised. Anyways whatever not my problem.

And before the bs starts I understand the production line and how it works.

Cool. Not interested in turning this into a ToJ discussion. Just was curious if you had a quality criticism, since 99% of what I hear is positive. Thanks.

Quality is good

sorry for posting the same jacket again, but it just came back after zipper upgrade, has

back to back double zipper pulls now, and sleeves have developed rather nice

creases, sorry for the low quality cellphone cam.

Can you post more high res photos? I think it'll be easier for us to appreciate and have a good look at the jacket unless it's just because I'm browsing on my phone.

sorry nyarkies, my cameras are crap, and I don't have tripod either, so I put either my cellphone next to a vase or something, put on timer, and quickly move back and pose, or I use my laptop camera, clicking with my wireless mouse..., but I think the picture I posted are originally bigger than what shown in the format.

Ok folks hoping i can get a cool discussion going.

I want to get a new moto sometime soon. Would like something slim fit, maybe horse hide, unique. MTM is fine. I am not looking for an RO style, more of a classic my current is a TOJ moto.

@adroit any recommendations, @LA Guy any thoughts?

Okay, assholes, Brad is right.  I'm not known as a white knight, but enough is fucking enough.  I don't always read/check this thread, so if I do so without a moderation prompt, and even I am like "Woah, wtf is this shit?" they it's gotten a little out of hand.

Let's cool it with the blowjob bullshit.  I'm going to delete a bunch of comments.  If you guys feel the need, go to dumb threads.  I know you all know where it is.

Cheers,

Fok.

Dude, seriously dont buy a TOJ. I have seen the the jackets in person and they look like shit. Everyone who preaches TOJ here (sinnedk, Uncontrol) would let Drew shit in their mouth if he told them to. The leather is unremarkable and the cuts horrible (internet MTM will never work). Go buy a jacket that a real professional designed and support a legitimate business not some Made in Korea internet scam artist shit.

Too late. Thanks for the insight though. Have to say I disagree about the cuts and patterning but I've never held one so can't speak to quality, etc.

I'll let sinnedk and Uncontrol address the ad hominems.

Well, the moto that Shaun from Honourmark designed and that we are going to bring to market for under $1K is really very nice.  I'm getting one for myself.  Maybe a board racer from Aero (which comes in at about $1200), if you want a jacket that is really slim (it was based after the original "leather shirts").  From what I'm see, the former is more of a fashion jacket, but the Aero is more of a classic moto jacket.
