How much is that jacket from Serie?

I think about $1600-1700 after VAT refund. 10% first order code when you sign up.

How would you compare it to oiled calf?
different, more like the full grain calf from a few years ago, similar weight but the oiled calf has almost no grain

I actually had my stooges shortened from the shoulders I think they had to cut the extra side piece connected to the sleeve and stitched it together in the armpit area which wasn't really noticible. Didn't know why I would risk a job like that back then, but it turned out good. I was told by the tailor that they couldn't feed the sleeves into their machines because the leather + zipper was too thick. It was a hammered lamb btw.

Anyone have experience having a leather jacket made smaller? I got an Edwin Further jacket for really cheap that's about a size too big.

Well dunno if this is an option, dudes on SZ threw their jackets in the washer to shrink it down a bit.

Wow, that's really ballsy. I'd give it a shot if it weren't so big. I need a full 2 inches off the chest, the arms are at least an inch too long and the shoulders are wide.

Sounds like machine washing it takes off the finishes and makes the jacket 'suedey' as well.

Ah, screw it. I'll give this a shot over the weekend. Planning on hot soaking then drying in a pillowcase.

Any ideas what this jacket is? or something similar to it?
