that fit pic is bad and that schott is too long motorcycle jackets are not supposed to be that long. it looks like exactly what it is, though... a chinese/japanese interpretation on an american classic. that was made for fashion not utility

it really depends on the style of jacket... if it's a classic rider, the fit is classic. some newer cuts have funkier fits... rick, julius, some custom toj's...
I never really experienced stretching in my leather... but I never had one to wear for like 10 years so that I may notice then either.

ya i am looking for a classic rider style, post some good fit pics of some.

for the smaller guy who wanted a schott perfecto, this store has an xs schott 626 made for the japanese/chinese market for about $500. also, the fit pics from the store make the jacket look good.

How is this too long? It´s pretty much hitting at the waist

It's too long if you are going to be riding a motorcycle. That guys's jeans are pretty low on his hips. A traditional motorcycle jacket would hit just below the navel. You don't want too bunching at the waist when you are riding.

I have a motorcycle and I wear my leather jackets a lot when riding. Both ones I own have a nigh perfect length; a perfecto whiskey/brown hits at the waist and a black one that´s pretty much a perfect fit when it comes to motorcycle jackets, but a little shorter than my perfect. That schott doesn´t look to long to me. It probably has, I don´t know, 1,5/2 cm more than the one I own, but I don´t see it bothering me if I wore it while riding. What I do not care for in that jacket are the sleeves.

Should I order a ToJ dark whiskey 2010 DR? Would look something like this, color wise (Aeglus's med whiskey, obvi):
