Anyone have days like this?
Not sure what exactly is the cause of it, maybe, lack of sleep, change in diet, water, etc. but some days, i dont feel/see my chiseled self. I look a bit bloated and rounded, nothing sharp defines, they are kind of unclear.
I dont know, sometimes you eat horrendously on the weekend due to family dinner on saturday, and a buffet at a party on sunday, and you eat 10,000 calories those two days , you cannot help it because youre part of the party..
but then you see the effects of the weekend around tuesday or wednesday. why is that? not immediately on monday morning. i still look sharp on monday. but then even with eating right and back to exercising that week, that wednesday mid week, you feel the bloating coming, even though you did everything right that week besides that last weekend.
does it take 72 hours for your body to see the effects of the binge on the weekend?
