Bloated..

Anyone have days like this?

Not sure what exactly is the cause of it, maybe, lack of sleep, change in diet, water, etc. but some days, i dont feel/see my chiseled self. I look a bit bloated and rounded, nothing sharp defines, they are kind of unclear.

I dont know, sometimes you eat horrendously on the weekend due to family dinner on saturday, and a buffet at a party on sunday, and you eat 10,000 calories those two days , you cannot help it because youre part of the party..

but then you see the effects of the weekend around tuesday or wednesday. why is that? not immediately on monday morning. i still look sharp on monday. but then even with eating right and back to exercising that week, that wednesday mid week, you feel the bloating coming, even though you did everything right that week besides that last weekend.

does it take 72 hours for your body to see the effects of the binge on the weekend?

That's my experience as well. It takes a few days for your body to convert the calories into fat and spread them around.

This perfectly describes the state that I'm in this week. It was that damned 4th of July weekend!

yep, and stress levels build up mid-week for me, too, so it doesn't surprise me.

Ahhh. I see others struggle with this same subtle issue. I feel the company.

And it is that damned guilt feeling after that weekend. Sunday night and monday morning you wake up just shaking your head knowing you're going to look bloated this week.
Your face gets a little rounded in the cheeks. Making your neck a little scrawny looking.
Your hard pecs kind of feel a bit paddy around the nipples. Actually you lose that sense of muscle hardness all around.
You feel it under your underarm (one of the best chisel/cut forms on the body is the underarm connecting the arm to the torso).
The flat ab you get a little 'blip' in navel area. A blip shows up on sides too.
Cmon you all know about these things (those who try to stay slender of course).
