What kind of yogurt do you eat?

I've been trying to eat a little better lately, and yogurt is on my list.

Right now I have a Yoplait "Source" in my fridge, both strawberry and peach. tastes alright, but I'm curious as to what else is out there that tastes good and is good for you?

I've seen a lot of marketing for yogurts with certain bacteria which are supposed to do something different for you, is there any merit to any of that?

Plain yogurt and Dannon Lite & Fit Vanilla (it's low in sugar)

Stonyfield Farms organic yogurt.

My own:

I'll put a large spoon full of it in my protein shakes, and mix crushed black berries and sugar in with what's leftover.

If you strain it for a long time, it makes a great substitute for sour cream.

Yoplait to me is more of a dessert than a true health promoting yogurt. It is loaded with a lot of sugar.

Stonyfield Blueberry Soy Yogurt is like liquid candy to me. When I eat real yogurt, I prefer Greek.

Fage Greek yogurt.

Kroger Lite brand.

IIRC all yogurts have those good bacteria.

Fage Greek here as well. My gf likes the full-fat version with the little fruit cups that come alongside, and those are amazing, but have more sugar and fat than I like to take in on a regular basis, I mostly just eat the non-fat or 2%. Stonyfield (partnered with Euphrates) makes a Greek yogurt called Oikos that's good as well.

Fage Greek yogurt
homemade
Stoneyfield, strained in cheesecloth.

Add some honey or fruit and enjoy. Or use in tzatziki.

Fage with a tiny bit of honey

Fage is awesome, but I wish it were a dollar cheaper (I pay $2 for the regular 7 oz container).
