+1...maybe I'm overly desensitized but I am never disturbed by any fictional movie...a documentary version of the book "The Hot Zone" would freak me out tho.

I was terribly disturbed by Pink Flamingos back in high school. This was pre-goatse/tubgirl, when Internet was still dial-up. I've seen more disturbing stuff since then but only after being desensitized, so disturbing is relative.

I found Hostel to be overly disturbing and graphic just for the sake of it. Visitor Q is probably more disturbing, though.

Cannibal Holocaust is way hard to watch. The Devil's Rejects, The Hills Have Eyes and IT are good ones.

Stan Brakhage's The Act of Seeing With One's Own Eyes always gets to me. I have seen cadavers in various states of dissection, but Brakhage's lens is so intimate.

I haven't seen it in probably 10 years but it's stuck with me. The closing scene completely creeps me out to even think about.

I'm never going to watch Cannibal Holocaust... not interested in watching animals being killed.

Ichi/Hostel is pretty tame stuff IMO.

Pink Flamingos is one of the worst movies ever. It's idiotic beyond comprehension, so in that way it's disturbing.

Irreversible is unsettling for sure.
