Not another hairstyle thread

What are your thoughts on this hairstyle. Another style forum seemed to unanimously like it, but they were almost all Asians.





my hair is basically the same type as that dudes (thick and straight).

i like it, i may just go do it to my hair right now. i need to cut it anyway. it looks better from far, the fading is a little extreme, but its not bad.

That used to be my haircut, but unfortunately my hair is quite thin, so it wasn't that good a look for me. Ended up looking a bit too much like marine flattop.

Just remember, Asian hair is thin. So, it won't turn out like what you pictured. I sport something similar to that of the picture, but just a tad shorter. EDIT: Sorry. I misread. I conceived you as Asian. With thick and straight hair - if you like it, go for it.

I'm not really in love with it, but I need something new. What do you guys suggest for something that length? (my hair is as long as the model's is on top).

go for it. From your current length, you could always do something different in 6-8 weeks. I think it could look great, especially in the warm weather, and you can always go shorter if it doesn't work. It'll grow out quick enough to be decent even if it doesn't work that short on the sides.
