Love the diamond brogueing! Some of the nicest G & G's I've seen.

I wonder, if you could show a photograph of the heel section.

Here is another pair, G&G made recently for ‘centipede’, very similar to yours, also a galosh-design.
(Those must be all the rage at the moment.)

Here the heel is a variation on the traditional “dog’s tail”, seam is going up 7/8th of the way, then an out flaring section
prevents it from going up right to the top (and being vulnerable to getting ripped).
http://centipede.web.fc2.com/gandg3.html

On your shoes (both of them), I cannot see any seam, or sections of a seam (but then I cannot see the entire heel).
If TonyG has managed to cut (and block) the balmoral sections without a seam, then this is an absolute tour de force,
only comparable to the totally seamless wholecut.

Nice shoes!

luk-cha, I thought you are based in HK, how did you manage to get bespoke shoes from Tony?

Wow. Both are exquisite but the derby is really talking to me!

Really like those oxfords. Did you specifically request the ridges in the soles?
