Licking sweat from the thighs of a beautiful woman usually does the trick for me.

A slice of Bresaola with a roasted tomato and some freshly shaved Parmesan rolled inside it.

Or pretzels. Also a big fan of Chex mix.

Toasted salted almonds. Yum.

Washed down with some nice cold beer. Heaven!

I used to keep a salt lick on my desks at home and work and one in the car for the ride, but I am trying to watch the sodium intake. Now when I want that salty taste I have a go at my NoSalt lick.

MARMITE!!!

Perhaps it's because I live in a country that's a former British colony and us ex-subjects have long memories.

But Marmite ppl, seriously, one of the better Brit inventions. Perhaps the only British contribution to my diet.

Try Marmite on toast - that's classic. Or Marmite on a wholewheat bagel. Even better with a slice of melted Emmenthal.
