Yuketen Footwear - Page 131

Depends on model / construction and if shoe is E or D width

Quoddy size should be safe as most stuff is cxl and will stretch

Size down a half size from your dress shoe size.

With moccasins, you can get away with a 1/2 size down. My experience is to not even bother with them in E width as they have a sloppy fit no matter what.

In both the "Tokyo" and the "Sami" moc I went down a 1/2 size from 9.5 to 9 same as Quoddy......

The "Tokyo" I love the "Sami" should have gotten  the "Western" moc, both are great....Have fun

Picked up some Yuketen boots from the Norse Store sale, loving them so far. Strongly suspect I'll end up ordering more of their stuff in the near future.

Purchased the Western Moc from The Woodlands. Michael suggested I size down 1/2 a size. Got them recently, fit pretty damn good. Hope that helps.

I've got two pairs of Country Rangers that are a half size larger than what I normally wear, and they fit me pretty damn good. Anyone else finding that the Country Rangers fit really large? For example, my Oakstreet Tail Oxfords are a 10.5, and these Country Rangers are an 11.

My foot is on the narrow side of medium, and my E-width moccasins fit pretty snugly. I suspect that they are marked that way for the UK market, and are very close to the D-width moccasins sold in the U.S.

I was just going to say E width is going to be loose but if it's marked an E for us width (I doubt the shoe would be marked in a US size rather than just converted on a non-US site) it'll be too wide for me and I don't want a sloppy deck shoe fit.

Agree with the EU vs US E width marking, have two with E markings and one with D. Seems to be little difference to me. I called Yuketen last year and they said there EU E sizing was a US D.

Pulled the trigger on the main guide in E and although a laced boot its a good fit for me, the Tokyo moc I got this season is also E width and also a good fit (laced shoe also)....GL

Just got the derby made in Canada in 9.5D - 1/2 size down from my usual 10D - the reason I did that was last year I got the made in Canada Johnson and had to size down 1/2 for a proper fit.

But the derby is too tight - ack - should have purchased my usual size. That's the prob with buying over the internets.

enjoy your weekend folks

My new favorite summer shoes!!!!!
i wear a 10.5 in all E width yuketen shoes and 11 in all D width. i'm an 11D in most shoes so the width is what generally determines if i need to size down or not in my experience

Yeah right! The look of a sneaker with the feel of a proper and quite heavy leather shoe..
