UPS just delivered a pair of Hermosa Kaleido sneakers I ordered from the nice folks at Meg Company. I ordered my usual size 10D and they fit perfect.

Yukenten just updated their web site with lots of info on the shoes. Usually I don't care for slip on shoes but these rockabilly loafers are changing my mind.

Lovely, great looking sneakers! Do you know if order by e-mail is possible ? How much did you pay? Available online somewhere else?

Best wishes

I want to get a pair of the guide boots (these will be my first pair of Yuketens). I wear a size 10 in nike sneakers. Would you guys say I should size down 1 full size or just a half? I plan on wearing them plain socks, not thick ones.

Thanks! Any help is appreciated!

i usually wear a size 9 in nike sneakers, and i wear 8.5 in maine boots of yuketens, it feels comfortable

Just got these Chukka Boot in Brown for the spring-summer. I know they are from last year's collection but I love them anyway:

^^you'll live in them. I have the Quoddy version but with brick sole-it's a true three season shoe. I'd recommend invisible socks rather than sockless esp in summer.

Hey folks, I've been trolling this thread for a while and am considering getting a pair of maine guide boots or sport hunt boots (the flat gum soled ones) and am asking for suggestions on sizing. I'm a 10.5/11 in Vans authentics, a 10 D or EE in Danner Mountain Lights, and a 9.5/10 in Clarks Wallabees. Any suggestions would be awesome as I've read the thread here and at SuFu and am still confused. Thanks!

Anyone in the USA stocking the brown, beige, or orange blucher w/ kiltie?

Also, I got some yuketen penny loafers a few months ago in size 9E. They fit almost perfect but are slightly large. Would I be a 10D or 9D in the bluchers?

I was informed by Yuketen that the rockabilly loafers are not available because no retailer ordered them. frown.gif

I was wondering if that's true for a lot of those models. I've been looking around online and haven't found a whole lot.

It may be. You might want to e-mail them and ask if anyone is stocking what you're looking for.
