I have both the maine guides and grizzly boots and the stitching is virtually identical, except for the toe and sole difference.
Whatever, the point is mute, they're all great shoes. I don't have any experience with Oak Street but I'm sure they are on par.
Last I checked there were Maine Guides at Bodega if the OP is still interested.
Oh, Rancourt makes Rancourt, Oak Street makes Oak Street, Arrow makes Arrow, Russell makes Russell, Yuketen makes Yuketen. I am sure you get the point by now.
None of the companies make each others shoes. Rancourt and Eastland MiM do make shoes for several private stores but they are sold under the stores respective name. Rancount also makes several moc constructed type shoes for a couple major clothing manufactures.
Not sure why you still conclude that Quoddy's Grizzly is the same as Yuketen's MG but again, they are completely different shoes. It's like saying a Nike and Adidas are the same because they both have the same shape but we all know they are not the same. Perhaps they have some similarities but they are not the same.
Hope this helps and clarifies the confusion.
