I've got a couple LP shirts and they seem to be beautifully made, with a very unique style to the way the placket and collar are cut. Recently, a reputable seller on EBay stated that he was selling a "Loro Piana Made by Borrelli" shirt. Then, a few days ago, I saw another one on EBay with the same claim -- that the LP shirts are made by Borrelli. There is no similarity at all between the cut of the Borrelli shirts I have to the LP shirts. LP is simply unique. Not much hand stitching in LP, as in Borrelli, but the cut is quite interesting to examine. Does anyone know if this claim on EBay holds any water.
