Aside from being funny, what do you think of this statement?

Is it true? Personally I have been somewhat of an organic-hater myself. I think genetic engineering (aka breeding, cross-breeding, etc) and pesticides are extremely important in creating better food. Artificial dyes etc, aren't though. Opinions?
