Agreed. I dont touch it unless I am free for the rest of the day. Well maybe if I just have to answer emails / do routine stuff, but otherwise I stay off the sauce.

Difficulty sometimes is when clients are in town as they want a bit of wine, but all they have to do is get on a flight whereas you have to head back to the office
