Forced to close my Brigg golfer last Wednesday when I was walking to lunch in Brighton with a client. We were out on the promenade, heading for the restaurant, when a dreadful squall of rain and hail with storm force winds blew through. Her long black brolly was wrecked and so we huddled under the Brigg, but when the frame started to buckle under the battering it was taking, I knew I had to close it. I'd had another Brigg golfer collapse on me in similar conditions a few years ago because it couldn't withstand the pounding it was taking, and I didn't want that to happen again. Maybe a Stormshield with its fibreglass frame would have flexed and survived but the double metal ribs of the Brigg felt as though they were going to break...

Gents,

I've been lurking the ebay couple of days ago, and decided to type the "fox umbrella" in the search bar. It turned out there is one interesting Fox Umbrella make up there so I hit the buy it now button. Now waiting it's arrival.

My question is: Could the seller be wrong with the description? He is a huge seller, selling all kinds of stuff and said this umbrella was on display in major department store. He's not the type of seller specialized with these things. He marked that this umbrella MSRP was $199 new, and was selling it for $129 ...

Thing is, there is no chance this umbrella had such a low price msrp tag in the first place as per fox umbrella web page it has a high grade canopy, and also the chestnut handle is only available with their solids line. I really cannot tell if this is a stick or a solid, and there was no chance to hassle the seller to open the umbrella and take the photo of the stick/solid ..

I will know that once umbrella reach me.

Could someone tell from the photo what I bought? I have a 30 days money back, so I don't care really if it's a bad purchase .. But would be cool to know I bought a decent umbrella for a 129 bucks ..

Here are some photos seller posted ..
