Help me find a safe healthy weight gainer

First I would like to thank all the people who helped me in the other " help me gain 20lbs thread" I am now looking for a weight gainer. Something with no creatine or other harmful chemicals. I am now hitting the gym 5 times a week at 2 hours per session. I am eating 6 small meals a day with 2 milk shakes in the day but I have learned that to get to the size I want to be I need some serious weight gainer. I am tempted to try cytogainer because people have told me that with my routine it is very easy to pack on 10lbs in one week but I have read a lot of negative stuff on this cytogainer. Remember I want to pack on 20-30 lbs to reach my ideal weight of 160-170lbs so recommend me something that is going to get me fatter quick. Thank you all!

Some people tell me whey protien. Is this helpful?

First of all, 10 pounds of lean mass in one week is impossible. And yes, whey is very helpful. If you're trying to gain weight, it will be one of the best supplements for you to get.

+1 whey is the best and safest way you can do it... that with some heavy lifting and your all set.... could take longer than a week though ... good luck

I would go with steak. Don't be afraid of the good old ribeye.

What's the point of taking a weight gainer? It's just going to make you fat - why don't you eat clean and gain weight slowly, but gain lean weight instead of fat?

Because with steak it would take too long I mean I eat about 4-5 steaks a week and that has not helped me so far.

What are you in such a rush to gain weight for? Seriously, weight that you gain fast is not good weight and it is not lean weight. Do you want to look skinny-fat like this guy:

Best weight gainer = Food. Eat it. What on earth are you doing in the gym 5 days a week 2 hours a day? I'm in and out in 45 minutes, 4 days a week.

cytogainer is ok, it wont make you fat.

Eggs, Steak. Repeat.

Old school weight gaining trick = drink a gallon of milk a day.

You're spinning your wheels working out 2 hours a day 5 X per week. 3 sessions of, at most, 45minutes (including warmup) would suit you better. If you're really looking to pack on bulk, eat a lot, drink a gallon of milk a day, do heavy compound lifts, and rest a lot.

Try this routine from Starting Strength. Do Workout #1 Monday and Friday, Workout #2 on Wednesday. Switch it up the next week, do Workout #2 Monday and Friday, Workout #1 on Wednesday

Workout #1
Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift

Workout #2
Squat
Press
Power Clean

I did this back in the day...it worked for sure, but i was super skinny at the time, anything with calories in it would have worked.

Yeah. Most people who want to gain weight just need to eat more. The OP needs to turn his "6 small meals a day" into 6 large meals.

Good food is your best bet. In the end you'll realize patience along with lean mass is the best way to go and the best way to look good while your going through this body transformation. Instant gratification usually never comes without a price.
