Should I get it in leather (I know it's not great leather) instead of the windbreaker-ish material for a more sophisticated look?

Maybe the angle but the toe looks alittle sharper on these.

When was the last serious post in this thread? Fuck it I'll play - Nom de guerre marine shawl collar cardigan. I think a couple of people on here have bought this, can anyone enlighten me as to the fit? Because the context measurements are really odd (shoulders wider than chest) and NDG always fits oddly but I love their knits. Also contemplating these. Raf buckle shoe. None of the pics are that great and I am not 100% sure on them so I am not pulling the trigger right now. Has anyone seen them in person?

Well look at where the shoulder seam sits, it slopes down the shoulder rather than at the point like a shirt would be

Well, okay, but again, the p2p on an XL (which I'm looking at) is listed at 20.5 inches which is more of a measurement for a medium, and I'm used to NDG XLs being about a 22 to 22.5 region (which is still small for an XL). The reason I hesitate is because some NDG XL fits me comfortably with room to spare (my coat), some fits me slim (usually sweaters) and some is a lost cause altogether (every shirt I've tried). Meanwhile context says it fits TTS which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If someone who's owned the piece can weigh in at least I can get a frame of reference.

Remember that knits are going to stretch out.

Obviously. But not 2 sizes. If I can gather that those measurements are right and that it doesn't fit anywhere remotely in the same ballpark as TTS, then I can pretty much write it off as a "not gonna work".
