It stains where your pants will drop. Unless you're planning on wear shorts with them or rolling the cuffs, doesn't matter. If you soak the hems a little more, there would be minimal bleeding.

If you don't have a pair of boat shoes already, definitely. If you do, and you don't love em/they're not very nice, do it anyway. If you already have a good pair...you probably don't need them, though I do like the texture and accent. Always nice to have a little subtle detail that makes you stand out, even if only you notice.

Yours are the leather ones right? I had a suede pair a few years back before I got my Quoddy's and I completely annihilated them, wore them through rain and **** and got them all stinky. Considering how hard I wore them I guess they held up decently but they were pretty shot. Suede definitely doesn't hold up as well as leather and I think they might've improved construction over the years.

Mine are just standard navy leather sperrys. Wear them through rain all the time. I'd get a new pair but i like the way mine look now and if i bought new sperrys they'd look all fresh and lame

Unfortuantly I couldnt find the BoO coat if I wanted it, is this a good alternative? Any clue on sizing?

?

I like the color but does it look too much like a women's wallet due to the size? Obviously you can't stuff it in your pants pocket so it would be in a briefcase.

Talk some sense into me.
