Couple Schneider shirts for Fall/winter.

I've only owned sweaters/knits and I really like them - though I'm not sure the sizing will work for these (I'm typically a 5 in knits and these are both 6? Could get tailored I suppose).

Schneider:

Could check out Billy Reid as well - they usually have some pretty cool relaxed trousers at various price points

I've been looking for a band collar shirt but could only really find crisp white ones. Would size up for a looser fit. Maybe it's the light blue stripes throwing me off but would this look out of place with Geller stuff?

Somebody just mentioned SK Manor Hill in the RFT thread. Their band collar shirts look pretty nice: http://skmanorhill.com/collections/tops

Off the band collar shirt topic, but they have a pretty nice looking bathrobe sort of outerwear thing too. Or did we just see one of those in this thread?

Id advise against getting these size 6 shirts if you are 5 in sweaters.

Interesting.  I'm a 6 in all Schneider sweaters and outerwear, but I need a 7 in shirts.

Yeah I always size up for Schneider shirts, 4 in outerwear 5 in shirts

For outwear, I size down one. I take 3 in outwear and 4 in shirts and sweaters.

Im the same in both sweaters and shirts. Im mostly 48, sometimes 50 and size 5 for shirts is perfect. I tried 6 once and i was floating in it.
I can understand sizing down 1 on sweaters because shoulders are usually wide. But then the length and pits would be a concern for me

i am currently sat in a cheap mccheap dressing gown and think i have found my next lovely thing, but by Methuselah's sweaty gonads lovely things are expensive

those are pretty nice, A+R?

if you don't have a pair of FW cropped drawstrings, they're definitely a staple and you can't go wrong with 'em...
