I'm with you on flipping being a lot harder than it used to be, making me a lot more picky with what I end up purchasing

As the guy with seven pairs of shoes shipped from foreign countries sitting on Gr@iled because they don't quite fit, I definitely feel that pain.

It's ludicrously harder idk what happened.

I think people's interests have become concentrated in a few select items/brands.

Grailed has conditioned people to expect insane drops.

Also kop those Robbies now that the 5-zip is gone @notwithit and if you change your mind/don't like them I'll buy them from you.

I know SF has a bias towards CP and GATs, but can I get some opinions on these sneakers from Dries Van Noten (SS15, I believe). Buy or Pass? Thanks.

I think if you're buying to flip you really have to select the brands/items v carefully. Like, I would think trying to sell off tech ninja and hype streetwear is going to be a lot easier than trying to flip say... workwear or even second-tier "artisinal" brands.

It's more like you just have to know them, have a good feel for the value, etc. Some items are worth buying and flipping even if the market is small and the sale takes weeks or months, because the value persists despite the lack of immediate buyers.

Totally different, but have to pick one.

I'm working for the next 9 months in an office that requires jacket and tie and don't have much nice CM stuff. But then again it's only 9 months, so maybe I just get by with the couple of boring Brooks Brothers suits I already have and keep buying cool non-CM stuff I'll actually wear long term?

don't know if the bbj would fly well in an office, but if you can get away with what you have already then do so and get the bbj.

Yeah, BBJ.
For 9 months there's always H&M to get you by.

co-sign. BBJ jacket is too cool.
