Maybe I don't have an appreciation for heritage stuff, but those jeans look awful to me confused.gif

people wear muuch sillier jackets to work, trust. in most bizcaz workplaces, the third fit pic he posted would look more than fine

i have a good feeling you'd hate the fit unless you plan to make a total about-face with your jeans. epaulet's are cut fairly generously

That's what makes them terrible, hilarious, and oddly intriguing: they're not jeans, they're denim chinos.

I have other rivet chinos, and I like how they fit as chinos, if that makes sense, which is how I would (perhaps unsuccessfully) attempt to wear them.

Please do not buy either of those

unless there's something specific to those two, have you checked out left field's cone selvedge duck canvas? have a slim and regular cut, quality is great on mine. extra length in the inseam to do a chunky cuff for workwear fits too

I don't disagree regarding the denim ones...I think I find their awfulness attractive in a weird way that I probably shouldn't, and I get that.

I'm not sure I see what's wrong with the French blue chinos, though...I think SVB looks rather dashing in his.

I'd definitely be into Left Field's, but last time I looked around I couldn't find the selvedge duck in the slim cut.

Kind of looking for a pair of grey boots but not really. So of course I'm considering metallic side zips.

I think I'd need black trousers to wear with it. All I have now are black and blue jeans and a pair of faded blue chinos. Please convince me not to get these.

You kids and your crazy pants.

Notwithit, take a look at Rogue Territory, good alternative to Left Field, good cuts.
