I like the first pair better...think they'd be more versatile as well, given the sole/lace details on the second

What are those boots ? Like the 2nd better.

assuming your pants cover the shaft, the only real difference between the two boots is the sole and the toe shape. so ask yourself: bulbous toe with natural sole or sleek toe with black sole?

I'm usually kind of anti-varsity, but I'm kind of wavering on this one.

Do it.  At this point, varsities seem more like a staple than hype.  TOJ varsity is gonna be the nicest one for your money and assuming you don't have really weird dimensions, you should be able to resell it pretty easily if you decide you don't like it after all.

Gloverall Short Monty? Opinions on this for $200?
Not looking for a full length duffle. Something with length where a blazer/suit jacket would hit. Is the short monty too short? [therefore go for the four toggle coat?]

I have a tank and a pair of fingerless/zipped gloves. You can find a lot of things in Orimono, and usually at a good price. Their stuff is not groundbreaking but they have some nice items.

did you likethe tee from that fit?

#1 I already own. It's pretty slim in the chest and armholes, so I cant get anything thick underneath it. It's also not super thick - single layer of wool. It seems a little silly to have a long coat that's not so warm.

#2 I like, but I'm not sold on the metal buttons and hook.

#3 has beautiful buttons and a great fit, but the arms are very slim - this isn't going on over anything thicker than a button-down. I'm also not 100% sold on the shawl collar

HOWEVER, I wanna wear this in tandem with my Harden long jacket, which I CAN fit a thick knit under
