I know by now koy has already made his decision, but I think this suggestion is a bit silly. ToJ is great and all, but it's not like it's the only leather worth owning. Especially when an Acne leather is selling brand-new for a lower price than a new ToJ, and especially when it fits as well as that.

i agree but that acne leather has dumb random suede patches, ugly collar and meh placket

The one I tried on actually didn't have the placket, tassels and D-rings, but I decided against because of:
- The collar was kinda meh (the snap-strap was awkwardly long with two buttons and there was a loop you had to put it through to button them both)

- Pointless super-short zipper on left sleeve (no pocket or anything, just a zipper with fabric underneath)
- Wanted a coat more than a leather-jacket and will get more use out of the coat too

Leather was damn nice though, and I kinda liked the suede-details (note: there was a non-suede-patch on the other shoulder as well, so it wasn't completely random, and then it was the same thing in reverse with the elbow-patches)
Also on the plus side is that I now know pretty much perfect measurements when I'm gonna look for second-hand tojs :fonz:

Eh, to each his own. I thought those details were alright.

The problem with the Acne leather for me is that there's no detail on the hem, so you've got this super-heavy upper half and a very dainty bottom half. Doesn't work.

I kinda like the buckles on the side as well as the dangling zipper pull. There's also a panel on the lower back that seems to be a different, grainier kind of leather, which lends a bit more interest to the lower half. It seems balanced enough to me, but I can see why it's not everyone's ideal moto jacket.
