urgh, probably won't buy them then.

just to illustrate what i'm talking about, heres a picture of my paul smith kasmin boots next to mmm side zips.

They both have very thin soles, but the paul smith ones are more 'form fitting' to the foot, and narrower looking, so they look too slim and sleek to wear with jeans in my opinion, however the larger more casual look of the mmm's looks great with jeans, and also works fine with trousers/suits.

The toes on the boots casey's considering don't look all that pointy. They remind me of the toebox of my PS derbies, which I wear with denim all the time. Iffy on that buckle, though. Maybe it could be cool in a biker sort of way?

Sorry Casey but those PS boots are just... Bad.

What size are you Casey?

Casey, those don't look great and I don't think they'll work with what you're going for. Honestly, just buy a pair of those HMMMs off the Bay for a hund then buff them black. Trust.

I would, but I can only find the painted ones in my size there and I heard it's a lot of work to strip the paint.

Wut? Weird, they pop up in a million sizes like daily on my eBay saved searches...

What size are you, Caseyfud? I have a pair in 43 that I could part with, no point in having them when I have the OGs

Has anyone tried these? Pardon the picture...

It does say that they are "Hot Trend" baggy pants, so they should be good to go amiright?

The HMMM boots are TTS right? If so I'd be a 42 in those since they don't come in half sizes.

I actually found the HMMMs to run a size small (went for a 43 when I'm a 42) but I don't think that's the norm

Was not my experience, so ymmv

I went very TTS (nike size, 1 size up from CPs and boots), fit very nice

if you're a half-size you can go down without a problem, but if you're a "normal" size I'd recommend tts, unless you want it reeeally snug. You might feel a size down is more comfy if you like it snug, but tts will soften up and get quite comfortable after a few wears too
