This is the bag I currently use when meeting clients. Pretty cheap and ugly, eh? Surely the Julius bag would be an improvement, even in slightly
more formal situations than where I currently find myself. For example, the most dressy I'd ever get with customers might be cords (or chinos), a button down shirt (or nice sweater), and some boots. Basically trying to do a slightly cooler looking "business casual" which I hate. In my opinion the black leather draws attention away from the unusual details of the Julius bag. If the bag were a lighter colored leather, the details would become more obvious and thus the bag would be less conservative.
