istasi, do you run t&f or xc?

Right now Im running on Saucony Kinvara 2 that have a 4mm delta, not sure about the stack height but its lower than most shoes I've seen out there. Do either of you guys run minimalist?

I run in Merrell Trail Gloves - 0 drop with a wide toebox for splay, but has EVA padding which will break down pretty fast and arguably makes them better. I love them, and the vibram sole lasts forever. Ran previously in all sorts of Nike, Asics, Saucony, and Mizuno, but will never go back.

art, that belongs in the rp thread, c'mon man.

I run in either NBs for trail, Frees for road, or barefoot on grass once a week, but I'm hobbyjogger status. How much mileage do you run a week? You will probably get better advice asking on LetsRun

COS, right? Leather is likely to look poor in person, but if you can check it out in person and it passes muster, I'd go for it. (Please PM if that's the case, btw)

Art that is nice but it looks extremely cropped, like it would sit 2" above your belt. Did you get length measurements?
i did thanks. It is short for sure but around the same as the plokhov I'm selling I think, so not ridiculously so (on me). More worried about the same tight pits/shoulder/back problem that I usually have. Hmm...

I sold mine to g tran art, he really likes it, that XS might be pretty small in the arms for you though

Do you wear them barefoot? How long were you running minimalist in other shoes before the merrells? I feel like I should probably wait till I wear through my kinvaras before I jump to an even more intense shoe. What is the advantage of the merrell vs Inov8 ?

Maybe 15 miles or so, not much really, and Ive never tried full on barefoot running. I just like the idea of building foot/ankle strength instead of relying on cushioning

Art, if that fits you it's a no-brainer. Mine is practically my most-worn piece of outerwear. I have an XL and it's quite roomy, actually.

Art the sleeves are pretty slim but I think more forgiving than the zipper blazer I sold you. It's super awesome though, incredibly versatile. XS might fit you fine though. My small is sized fine but I wouldn't be able to do some of the layering synth does
