I saw these boots on gilt but those buckles aren't really my taste should I search for something else or could I just take them to cobbler?

What do people think about pick stitching? I just got a jacket that has it on the lapel.

Forgive awful photo, jacket is actually navy blue not piss-stain green as it appears

pickstitching is cool until you find that one stitch that's not quite straight or slightly loose or fraying a bit, and then your day gets bleaker for like five minutes

Pick stiching on an odd jacket, espcially a solid coloured jacket, helps differentiate it from an orphaned suit jacket. It is a classic element of tailoring. You must weight this against the slightly "vintage" look it projects.

Thanks, you can't tell from the pic but it is actually a suit jacket not an odd jacket. I have the pants too.

The sleeves need to be let out about an inch, so if my tailor says that can be done (look like it can) then I plan to keep it.

Well, MC loves it. The fact that somewhere an underpaid laborer threaded it by hand should skyrocket the price, increase bragging rights, and occasionally, get your lapels fingered by an admiring fellow gentleman.

You don't like the buckles or the whole cuff? Swapping out the buckles should be a simple job for a cobbler. Wouldn't mess with the cuff.

The only jeans I have are some slightly fade APC NS, and some blk APC NS that I hardly wear. I'm thinking I need some light denim close to the Our Legacy's 80's wash. I'm not sure if these fit the bill.
