Ehhh it just frustrates me that it would of been 50% season after.......so about $1600 or so.....and stuff usually goes down even more the older it gets.

just ask if you can get it for $1600 and if he refuses, meet his price half way to 1750 or something. It usually works for me if they are trying to sell for real

it's not large mollinos are in huge demand. it's likely this guy bought it on deep discount and is reselling for a profit after wearing it. not saying that it's llegal or anything, but it's a behavior that's frowned upon :\\

Make sure that it is oiled calf, calf Mollino doesn't automatically mean oiled.

And to me, that price seems a bit high. Sellers tend to exaggerate these "good condition" or "worn twice" or "only worn indoors" descriptions. If it's worn, to me, it isn't like new. With two wears, the sleeves will get a lot of crease and will be very noticeable especially since RO has slimmer sleeves.

I think Kelvs price on the Mollino is very fair, almost a great deal and it is brand new (never worn) and from SS10 season.

In the end, it's up to you but you'll likely find new RO's from the current season for that price once sale season starts.

There was a calf AND an oiled calf mollino from A/W09? I thought there was only the oiled calf from the collection?

I haven't tried it on since I haven't been in NYC in forever even though I was suppose to go february! I'd say buy it if you feel its worth the price. Just know the leather quality is not stellar, and its a blatant copy of the fw09 julius rider. If it fits well, why not? if you're fine with buying derivative stuff its a good buy.

I was trying to buy kelvs but he made me wait for some guy who wants pics of zippers, lolz.

if you're going to kop NBs I'd get these leather 576s (made in england)

much less conspicuous branding (the 'made-in-usa' version on the other hand seems to have branding on the soles?!! wtf?) and great color. i'd kop them but i'm only looking for a pair of running shoes, and these are strictly speaking only for walking so i don't know if functionality-wise i should kop or not. can anyone comment on their suitability for running (jogging actually, nothing intense)?

Do you have pics? I am not 100% sure how many versions of the Mollino came out that season but just do not assume it is oiled calf right away. I tried on an All Saints leather jacket at Bloomingdales (for some reason they carry them now) and look-wise, it captures the aesthetic it intended but quality wasn't too impressive.
