Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)? - Page 2014

Can anyone comment on the quality and fit of the Svensson compared to SNS?  I'm 6'1 205lbs and wear an XL in SNS and a L in Uniqlo knits.  Should I get a L or XL Svensson?

cant comment on quality but the item measurements are on the site, just measure a sweater you have and compare

dunno about their knits, but their shoes are similar to CPs in quality and leather so I'd guess their knits are nice as well 

I actually wanted a knit from them just looking at the knit it looks good in quality, looks soft and tightly wound. It's hard to really say whether or not it's of good quality until you actually can feel and where.

Someone in the SNS thread said the Svensson Cloud was superior to the Stark in quality.  They retail for quite a bit more than the Stark but are on sale for about $240 shipped to the US.  I pulled the trigger on an XL, I'll let you guys know about the fit and quality when it arrives.

Was looking exactly at that one, could post fit pics when u get it, thx.

I have a pair of these Sweeney London wingtips incoming from Gilt (they're easily returnable).  Obviously I'm not expecting the quality of Oliver Sweeney mainline, but are they worth the $125 I paid for them?  They were originally $150, but I had a $25 Gilt discount.

Has anyone seen this in person?
