Thoughts on how this would look oversized? The detailing might be a bit much but I'm in the market for some non-boring shirts and Gitman / Epaulet / florals bore me to tears.

MMM e-boutique, but they're probably all sold out at this point. They were discounted plus there was a code floating around, so they were down to ~ $250.

Bizarro stitching on the pocket and placket don't really do it for me, but admittedly I'm pretty boring.

1,2 or 3? 3 would be the default and 1 would be sort of like avant-garde for me

I own 3 in black, it's a nice basic bomber, nothing mind blowing by any means though.

? MMM, supposed to be blue/black metallic effect, probably a bit shinier than that pic. Dunno if it's too much.

470 after reducing VAT and using coupon. Could I get these for cheaper if I'm patient? I'm not really in a rush.

I'm tempted by this Christophe Lemaire sweater. It just went on sale, so the price seems pretty good ($356.75). I've not handled Lemaire stuff before but I'm guessing the quality is good and I could use more sweaters. There are a few things holding me back, though. First, I don't know his sizing scheme. I need a 48, and the Corner says that's a size 2, but I don't trust the Corner/Yoox with this kind of stuff. A size 3 would be more consistent with how other brands do this. If anyone knows, please let me know.

Another issue I have is that the farfetch fit pic looks pretty bad: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I'm all for loose fitting sweaters but that seems rather undesirable. I think it would probably look better if fitted differently. I have quite broad shoulders so I think that would help, too. I also found another picture of the same sweater in black modeled by a different boutique that looks a lot better: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

And here's another unrelated garment I'm considering:

Ann D jacket - 51% wool, 28% silk, 18% viscose, 3% polyamide. Price is ~$158 (more via proxy) and it's in good condition. Obviously Ann D sizing is incredibly inconsistent, but it appears to fit my build (slim 48) based on measurements: 45cm shoulder, 46cm chest, length 74cm, sleeve length 65cm. I don't really have another jacket to compare it with unfortunately (part of the reason it would be useful). Possibly too tight in the chest, but I'm mainly concerned about shoulders on tops as my chest actually measures closer to a 46.

Can't you see the fit pics of that sweater on the Corner? They are a million times better than anything you're going to find on another site. The sweater looks really baggy but the Corner model makes it look good. I get the feeling that if you have a less than athletic physique it's going to look terribad. The shoulder seems drop several inches off the model's shoulders. If you have an athletic build then you can pull it off. I would definitely get a 2 given your build and the Corner's size conversion. It looks like it fits really big.

Honestly, there are soooo many great sweaters out there for that price right now that if you're not sure about that one just move on.

Corner has free shipping and free returns, yea? Order both.

I don't think he's getting it from the corner. It's not on sale there yet.
