yeah thats one of my biggest hesitations ... i think the boo one is something much more classic that i can pull off. both of these are just great deals. if i bought one of these i would just rock with t shirts jeans and cps though so its fine

seems like a waste if you can't wear it with most of your stuff.

Saw some woven AEs for cheap on e-bay, but they're AAA width.

I'm a true C width, but perfectly fine with most C or Ds. Is there any way I can grab these or would they murder my feet? I.e., tolerable to suffer for fashion, or truly unwearable?

I've not handled Jil sanders shoes but the leather doesn't look stunning for the price. You've got plenty of options at around that price point...

yeah, everyone's blahness on it made me reconsider, and I decided against it Definitely think that was a good call, I probably would have tremendously regretted spending all that money on a so-so piece I think I was frankly just excited at an SF-approved brand in my size that I could afford. Rookie mistake.

Yeah I had that happen a few times. The entire apparatus of fashion advertising is there to induce that excitement, and it's way more effective if you don't own any designer type stuff already.

Just because lots of people don't like the fit doesn't mean it won't work on you. For example- while there's plenty of people that complain about the fit of BoO shirts they work great for a number of other people.

That said its generally not a good idea to buy a piece that you can't try on (and that's not returnable), especially when you don't have much experience with the brand. Also, if you do like the jacket you can find it for cheaper if you're patient- I've seen them go for under $150 and sometimes under $100 on B&S and ebay.

I don't think this could possibly work, even if you stretched them out enough at the sides to fit your feet it would look totally ridiculous because they would be bulging out past the sole.
