Does anyone have any experience with Alpha Industries MA-1? Is it worth a hundred bucks, or is there somewhere else I can get a good quality MA-1 in black?

You all are getting a terrible bathroom photo because it's night time and it's all I can manage at the moment.

Unionmade x Harris Tweed x CDW shirt jacket

I picked it up in Large, and it fits me well everywhere except it's much too big in the body (it actually measures 23" across, not 22" as stated). It's great through the shoulders, sleeves, and upper back, but the straight cut fits me like a bell. My tailor said she could taper the body, and here's what it would ideally look like post-altering (forgive stupid photo). I'm also trying to decide if it's a little too lumberjacky for my current British heritage tastes.

It's warm as hell, and fills a big hole in my wardrobe. It even fits under my Nanamica duffle for an unstoppable winter combo. Keep and alter, or return and purchase another piece of wonderful tweed outerwear that will not be nearly as warm (and shall go unmentioned for the moment)?

Went to H&M after work yesterday dead set on picking up a pair of the boots at $150.  Left empty-handed after trying them on, with the same thoughts as g up here.  The soles just didn't do it for me, since they were neither the slim ones (which I really dislike) nor quite as good looking as the standard stacked ones.  And by that I man not even close to as good looking.  That's personal taste though.

^^^ I went by dead set on not buying anything, but the boots were 149 and they gave me a 50% off coupon. Grabbed those and the navy blazer...for $150 total I'll wear that shit to the dog park.

Lanvin washed nylon biker pants, sort of a midnight blue-grey. Kind of expensive.

I've never owned a W&H Hoodie. Should I buy this? I'm 5'8.75", 150 lbs. with a 37" chest, 18" shoulders. This is a small.

Seller says that these are the dimensions:

shoulder 17
sleeve 24.5
waist 17

I figure since it's raglan sleeves, an inch in the shoulders shouldn't make that big of a difference.
