S.N.S. Herning Fisherman Striped Waffle-Knit Wool Sweater

SNS, wanna purple knit.  Also, I'm a 40 chest and kinda a M everywhere else - should I get M or L??

purple is such a cool color, need something with the color in my wardrobe

I've handled that one in NittyGritty.

Thick and warm but it wasn't very soft from what I remember. Dense, hard wearing knit.

I have a 41 chest and Large was pretty spot on. SNS fits slim.

Perfect piece for you KJ, dropped shoulders and all foo.gif

Aw man I want something soft that ladies will wanna touch.  Thanks conceptionist. Anybody have another rec?

Then you should go with cashmere. Something like Inis Meain, which will be much more expensive.

Most SNS knits are rough to the touch -- KJ get the Ervell pocket sweater in purple a lot more softer

Shhhhhhhh.... I'm waiting for sales! Don't give them away frown.gif But he's kind of right... albeit marginally itchy, it is soft and beautiful and so, so nice.

P.S. The sleeves are pretty long, so I think you'll like that.

That SNS is the one I'm leaning most towards this season. Contemplating between the Ervell purple pocket sweater and that, want a purp knit in my life

I would take ervell over SNS, except for the paragon knit which is baller as fuck

What version of the paragon do you have? Post pics!

Ervell and SNS are different IMO, though they both make really nice knits. Ervell knits (particularly alpaca) are a bit more delicate, softer to the touch, luxurious, but may not last as long. SNS knits are solid, durable, and substantial. I personally like SNS because I feel like they're pieces I can keep in my wardrobe for a decade, but I feel like Ervell would suit you better, reedo
