Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)? - Page 1813
Need to purchase my first real time piece.
I am thinking of getting a silver bracelet, which I can always change to leather later.
The watch has to be automatic too.
I came up with these choices, they are all under my £900 budget.
Which one do you prefer? I would be wearing them with a suit and casually.
I am too indecisive, so any help would be greatly appreciated. For an answer that really helps me out, I will send you a random gift in the mail.

The top ones would be fine if the sole were black as well (maybe you could dye them if decided to purchase them), or at least not brown. As for the bottom ones, I've just never been a fan of brown Chelsea boots; I've always preferred them in black.
I'll echo kindofyoung's suggestion to look out for Margiela or APC on sale—they'll be of better quality, better comfort, and they will certainly be better looking. There's also a brand called Moma, and they surface on B&S every now and then. But yeah, Margiela, APC, Surface 2 Air, n.d.c., and Moma are all worth seeking out on B&S.
But, if you can't find anything like the brands listed above, here's another Frye boot that I think looks just fine:
Can't comment on the quality of the leather though.
A decent cobbler could dye the sole black. Synth and I are spoiled in that respect, all my side zips are at perry's getting the vibram heel treatment. The muffa treated MMM are getting resoled because I've worn them with white jeans almost every other day since I bought them. That being said something, is about both pairs of boots is not quite right. For me, its the wrinkled leather effect on the first and the wide gore on the second. I would wait, I managed to get MMM for $350. I got APCs for 32% off using a code from TBS. These MMM are on B&S at the moment for $420, they're beautiful (I don't even know the guy; so no advertising here). This is what a brown side zip should look like imo. Also S2A are decently well built (even if people here hate on them), but the cuban heel is too pronounced for me, and they're difficult to put on. Whether to get black or brown is a decision that is based on personal taste and what is in your wardrobe, pairing black boots with indigo is difficult; as is pairing brown boots with black jeans.
ask for pictures of the back heel, it looks like its on its way out. I don't think its worth paying so much for converse style glued rubber soles like these that wear out within a year.
