Trying to decide whether this can be dressed up enough for business casual/work. A typical outfit is Epaulet trousers, dress shirt, oxfords or Alden bluchers, and when it cools off sometimes a sweater and tie. Would this jacket look too weird with that?

I don't think this works for biz casual. Particularly with the Carhartt logo.
