A severe taper starting higher up (below knee to mid calf) or hemming them will look a lot better.

They're 19cm exactly at the leg opening, so it's not like they aren't slim.  They just have a loose top block.  The fabric is thinner than most of their jeans though (summer weight) which is why I'm questioning them.

left leg looks better for some reason (maybe because the shoe is blurred)
i think that if these settle in a bit more they'd end up looking pretty sloppy. i had some kva super-stacks (really long inseam) in a cotton poplin and the hem was 6.5 or smaller iirc. you might just want to taper even more

Yeah, do you have them  / know anything about them (like what season)?  Looks cool in daylight, like a bone white.

I had and returned them (size 31, same as those?). I cant remember much about them actually except that they didnt fit how I wanted. They did seem thin if I recall correctly and I didn't think much of the fabric, but I liked the painted/waxed effect, which I think is a great look generally.

I am hoping that painted/waxed doesn't get completely co-opted by the dbag contingent, but I suppose they will get on it before too long. I shouldn't care but I sort of do.

IDK waxed has sort of had its moment hasnt it? I dont really see many pairs anymore.

Dior waxed was the best, I loved the treatments and finishes

KJ, they look good on you. I'm also wondering about the stacks on that lighter jean, but somehow it seems to work. If you got them cheap mind as well rock them this summer. I think you realize they're not going to be a classic, though.

KJ I would keep them

I prefer white jeans to be a little looser then normal slim tapered ones, I think thats a pretty good fit IMO

Thanks guys, really appreciate it.  I'll probably waver back and forth a bit more then make a decision; I like the fit too but have to decide if I'm ok with only wearing these one or two seasons since between the thin fabric and the Dior look being on its last legs I doubt I'd get more than that out of them redface.gif.

Reedo, the baseball jacket is the end-all be-all of snarky american boi jackets. DR's in anything but leather always are weird, and think about it this way - limited run on the Bball + TOJ going on an indefiniate break = massive potential for resale when people who didn't pre-order realize they hugely regret it.
