3Sixteen denim is Japanese-made, jeans are made in the USA.

I want to get the same jeans as the dude that gets clocked with the bag at 0:06..

I meant the cut not the denim.

Lol.

What the hell are you 'lol'ing at? He asked what 3sixteen were like, they're based off dior homme & APC jeans which all have fairly similar cuts (DH have an extra inch in the back & a longer inseam compared to APC, etc).  As for denim quality, I have no idea but he didn't specify what he was asking about.  Especially coming from someone who made this idiotic post:

2.  can anyone recommend a pair of jeans that combined the front and lower rise of nudie big bengt (fits my big ass well - i'm 6'0 185lb.) with the leg shape and similar diameter to the apc rescue?

thanks.

Here's a suggestion:
Dont waste your money on apc or nudie buy a real pair
Like Iron heart or flat head.
For those wearing apc, have you tried any premium denim? It's worth it

I tried apc on and they felt like Kmart specials.

hmm...well of course i wouldn't wear with, say, the last two fits i put. but with a slouchy jacket (one day i will take a harnden, for now other stuff i already have), trousers -- potentialyl cropped -- and boots. and straw in mouth ? or just some tank and dries cropped and sandals to walk around the wind-tortured dunes and cracked desert floor

I agree with him apc is crap compared to iron heart, pbj, flat head, samurai, momotaro, raleigh, tellason, rogue territory, 3sixteen and on and on and on.  They sell mass produced denim (compared to the small runs of other companies) for much more than they're worth. The denim lacks depth in color and any interesting texture, is far too light to be worn without washing (leads to crotch blow out), is badly sewn together.  By the by 3sixteen is great denim do yourself a favor and by it in lieu of apc or dior.

ND2 Straight Fit Jean

509

Been looking for some light denim (the w&h bleach wash sizing didnt work for me)
The price on these is pretty good but are they too "dad" like without much in the way of distressing.

They look good for washed jeans. What are they? One way to make sure you don't look like you're wearing dad jeans is with the fit. What's the rise and how slim are they?

Oh, and I love my W+H bleached jeans icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

*edit again* I see you already posted what they were above the photo...

Levis LVC makes good washed denim. Also the baldwin henley california wash is similar but better.

I just copped the bubbas from tbs. They look like they have a yellow tinge my experience with lvc's is that that yellowishness is vastly reduced after 4-5 washes. also keep in mind that lvc's fit small the 34's have like 32.8" waist.  Mr Porter has a lot of LVC but you'll get better prices from tbs with the -20% vat and theres a code for $30 going around, check the tbs thread.
