Speaking of cobblers, is it feasible to have a thin vibram sole put on a pair of CP Officer's Boots I have? They have a decent amount of wear, but are in good shape. if you mean a vibram topy, then that will run you like $20-$25 at a reasonable cobbler. A topy is a thin rubber covering that you would put on leather soled shoes to help protect the soles and reduce slipping.
Unless you are talking about a vibram crepe wedge-style sole, I am not sure on the price of those.
