I wouldn't, but they're ok. In my opinion, if you're going to go with suede it should be a lighter color to create more visual interest. Regular leather will probably be more versatile and will age better than suede as well. Shell cordovan even more so. Judging from the picture, it seems like you may prefer a more classic look. I'd recommend the alden longwings or ptb's, tricker's, or some allen edmonds (leeds, macneil). If theyre too expensive new, ebay is always a good place to look. I just bought a pair of allen edmonds leeds in #8 shell for a little more than $200 that should look great in almost any setting. Anxiously waiting to receive them.
