Get it. I can get it and return if it doesn't fit, but I'm 90% sure it won't so it's eh.

usually the chunkier ones you can size down so that would fit around a 40 chest

Damn those Japanese ballers.. Schneider costs about 1.5x more in Japan yet nearly everything I want is sold out. If anyone sees this somewhere, please let me know.

So you like it, the fur vagina?

can't unsee

gonna go for the pony DBSS, thanks for the input guys. i pretty much agree with everything you all said; that the goat leather ones are more versatile, will age better, etc. however, when i look at them side by side, my visceral, "omg i need it" feeling keeps going to the pony ones. i'm sure you guys know what i'm talking about when i say that. the idea of wearing those black pony hair ones with grey leopard-print skinny jeans and a red goat leather moto is too tempting for me to pass up.

thanks all!

Should I buy a pair of Gap selvedge? I'd probably be able to get them 50% off, and $45 isn't too bad for what would be my new top pair of jeans.

The initial look is fairly nice, but the leather quality and construction is that of a shoe about half the sale price of $130. Wait until they fall into the sale racks - or buy something of better quality.
Noted...

If you're going to be wearing it for 6 months, maybe you should shop around and try to find something nicer? If the fit looks good on you, go for it, but you can do so much better.

That's a good point, is it worth me saving up for? I'm pretty much a broke college student, and I applied for every campus job but no one was hiring :/ If I wait until the summer I'll have steady income again, or I could squirrel away money slowly now and try to get there.

looks like a regular charcoal jacket but the fabric is several panels stitched together. comments on button stance (too high?) and length (too short?) pls.

I enjoyed a country barbour look last fall/winter. This year I want to have a more preppy feel. Thinking about purchasing this baracuta Farnley. http://www.baracuta-g9.com/New-Arriv...051235733442/f

Dlester, there is no way to tell until it's on you. If there is something to complain about button stance it is not height but that the buttons are pretty damned close together.

Long time listener here, first time caller. I really like the look of these...

...maybe it brings out my inner grandpa or something? I dunno. Thinking they can work with tapered jeans or slacks? Thing is, cheapest I can find them is $110, but I can get these for like $40;

Basically the same vibe, but not the same, ya know?

Also, anyone know how Gourmets fit? Im a 11 in Vans, 11 or 11.5 in Nikes, 10.5 in real shoes.
